Specialty Cakes​

Miss Simon started baking cakes in her home country Since elementary school and professionally since 1986. 

In 2009, she studied under well renowned Ron Ben Israel who was discovered and mentored by Martha Stewart who saw one of his cakes in a window.  He is famous for his wedding and special occasion cakes and for his detail in sugar paste flowers.

Miss Simon puts her heart into every piece she creates.  Her love for her craft shows in her craftsmenship, the exquisite tastes, and the incredibly beautiful cakes she designs.

Miss Simon's Caribbean & French Cuisine recepies are from her personal collection; which took years of creating and collecting from her favorite homemade secrets she originated.  Not only are her cakes special, she carries on her talents to create show stopping cuisine.
